BPS does not grant the legal right or authorize the purchase or possession of items that may be regulated in your state or municipality. These items include, but are not limited to, replica or blank firing guns, or other restricted / prohibited items.

A person placing an order with BPS warrants represents that the products ordered shall be obtained and used in a lawful manner and that he or she is an adult (21 years or older) and is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under all applicable federal, state and local laws.

An Adult signature (18+) shall be required when your package is delivered to a residence and the applicable courier fee shall apply.
