OPEN CREDIT ACCOUNT
An open credit account is available to our clients upon approval. Please download an application using the button to the right. Upon approval and account maturity, terms of Net 30 Days will be offered. Please note current account terms are Net 10 Days for all prop rentals applied to open accounts. Transactions processed as Net Accounts transferred to Credit Card account for payment shall be assessed a convenience fee equal to 6% of the invoice total.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
We accept AMEX/VISA/MC/DISC and PayPal for your convenience. Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form to the right and submit either via Email or fax it to (863) 318-1116, prior to paying with a credit card.
COMPANY CHECK/MONEY ORDER/CASHIER’S CHECK
We accept checks drafted on company accounts, money orders, or cashier’s checks (U.S. financial institutions only). A $35.00 fee will apply for all returned checks. SORRY - NO C.O.D.'s.
RETURN POLICY - A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee may be applied to all returns. We will not accept any merchandise that has been opened, is returned in poor condition or was a special/custom order. Original shipping charges are refundable only if the original item is found to be defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the shippers responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable shipping regulations. Contact us prior to returning any merchandise for more information.
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:
In accordance with U.S. Federal Law, sales to California, New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Puerto Rico of rubber, replica or blank-firing prop firearms require a faxed signed letterhead noting their intended use (i.e. theatrical, law enforcement training, etc.).
At this time, we cannot perform any International sales of such props. Orders for guns to the locales listed above not preceded by such letterhead will NOT be processed. We regret any inconvenience.
